Rev. Sinote Ibrahim, Pastor of the Arabic Baptist Church, Boston, MA was born in Egypt and received his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering at Ain Shams University. Sinote Ibrahim immigrated to the USA in 1969 and lived in Richmond, VA. Sinote started his first planted church and ministry for the Arabic speaking people in the Boston Area in the basement of Park Street Church at the Boston Common, and moved the services subsequently to West Roxbury, MA where the Lord blessed the ministry for many years. Sinote was the principal person serving in the church and many dear brothers and sisters joined in the ministry. Sinote received many of them on their arrival to the USA, hosted some at his home, and helped many to find jobs and get acquented with the life in the Greater Boston Area. Rev. Sinote was ordained on December 3, 2000 in a powerfull and blessed meeting wittnessed by all church members, Rev. Hanna Ibrahim, Rev. Esper Ajjaj, Rev. Ignatious Memerious Director of the Greater Boston Baptist Association (GBBA).
In 1976, Sinote and the bretheren in the church invited Rev. Hanna Ibrahim who just arrived in June 1976 from Gaza to be the Pastor of the church until Rev. Hanna went to be with the Lord on March 29, 2003. Many people came to know the Lord through the sacrificial and giving personal leadership of Rev. Hanna IBrahim and Rev. Sinote Ibrahim. He subsequently led the difficult renovation project and construction effort for the former lumber warehouse facility on Spring Street in West Roxbury and converted it to a very nice and practical place of worship for the blessing of many people.
In 2005, Rev. Sinote planted the second church when he started the current Ministry of the Arabic Baptist Church Boston at the Newton Corner Worship Center, in Newton Massachusetts with the help of faithful brothers and sisters. In the summer of 2012 and through the dedicated support and work of Rev. Sinote with the owners of the current Newton Corner Worship Center, the owners of the facility gifted the facility to the Arabic Baptist Church Boston under the leadership of Rev. Sinote Ibrahim. The Arabic Baptist Church Boston is expanding its ministry in the Greater Boston Area and the Lord continue to bless the ministry and more people are coming to know the Lord.

Youssef “Joe” Ghobrial was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. After immigrating with his whole family to the Boston region, Joe spent years rebelling against God. It was not until the 2009 One Name Boston conference that the Father drew Joe to Christ through the Spirit and made him a trophy of God’s radical grace. Joe studied at Worcester State University and Moody Bible Institute before earning his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bethel University, and his Master of Divinity from Knox Theological Seminary.
Joe has served on the pastoral team at Arabic Baptist Church since 2017 after his ordination with the Southern Baptist Convention. Joe also helps lead the One Name Boston youth ministry at ABC alongside his awesome wife, Sally. Aside from his pastoral call at ABC, Joe also serves as Staff Accountant during the week at the historic Park Street Church in Boston. When he is not preaching or accounting, Joe loves to spend time with his beautiful bride, Sally, read good books, discuss apologetics, travel and fellowship over coffee.
